Sales Representative 

 

Overview

This is a  sales role that requires a high level of organization, competitive grind, and personal hustle. We  provide our employees with the necessary tools and resources to build their own career paths and discover  success. This role is located in Atlanta, GA but most employees are currently remote due to COVID-19. 

MedTrans Go acts as a brokerage platform for healthcare facilities (“customers”) and medical transportation, interpretation, and delivery companies (“service partners”). The Sales Representative will work with our Sales and Business Operations teams to ensure prospective and onboarding customers have an exceptional experience. 

Responsibilities 

  • Strategically identify new leads and business opportunities 

  • Call on healthcare facilities including hospitals and surgery centers, personal injury law firms, and associated organizations to sell our solution 

  • Meet with healthcare professionals to sell our solution 

  • Maintain existing customer relationships 

  • Document and report on sales progress in our CRM platform and with management on a regular basis 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or corresponding years of healthcare sales experience 

  • Strong understanding/passion in healthcare and/or healthcare services 

  • At least two (2) years of B2B sales experience selling to hospitals, surgical centers, or similar healthcare facilities 

  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated and an entrepreneurial spirit 

  • Passionate about building relationships to connect with and earn trust from clients

  • A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills 

  • The ability to handle competing priorities and multiple objectives 

  • CRM experience  preferred 

  • Proficiency in a foreign language would be advantageous

  • Ability to cope with rejection

  • Attention to detail

  • Good judge of character

  • Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments

  • Superb interpersonal skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Experience in Healthcare domain preferred
