While MedTrans Go is primarily Business-to-Business, access to medical care is an issue faced by many in the community. As such, we also provide certified non-emergency medical transportation to individual payors.

Whether you are a caregiver of a patient needing our services or you yourself need them,   MedTrans Go will work to accommodate your request, so you can attend your medical appointments.

To Submit a Private Pay Request:

• Fill out all request details on the private pay form

  • Private paying individuals do not submit on our portal. You will submit your request on the separate form below.​

  • Prefer to call? You can reach our Operations team at 404-826-7212 to make a request instead.

• Have a credit card ready

  • Once you complete the form, a member of our team will reach out to you for your payment information to approve the request.

​

• Submit the request at least 24 hours in advance

  • MedTrans Go will try to accommodate requests submitted within 24 hours of their occurrence, but due to late notice, the request may not be fulfilled.
