Sales and Marketing Associate

MedTrans Go’s platform acts as a digital marketplace that matches healthcare facilities (“customers”) with businesses and individuals providing medical transportation, interpretation, home health care, and prescription delivery  (“service partners”). The Sales and Marketing Associate will work with our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to establish the MedTrans Go brand and ensure prospective and onboarding customers have an exceptional experience. 

 

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, excitement for sales in the healthcare space, and will be available approximately 40 hours a week during EST business hours.

 

MedTrans Go is an early-stage start up with room for growth! Compensation packages for this position may include salary, commission, and other benefits.

Responsibilities 

​

  • Researching, contacting, and setting up meetings with with potential customers including hospitals, clinics, and surgery centers, personal injury law firms, and associated organizations 

  • Organizing and maintaining sales records, including documenting progress in our CRM platform, and maintaining an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches

  • Preparing and reviewing sales proposals and materials

  • Working with our Customer Success team to onboard new customers 

  • Utilizing social media platforms and other channels to garner customer interest and create brand awareness

  • Working with members of the Sales and Marketing teams to produce quality advertising material for company products and services

  • Analyzing market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts

 

 

Qualifications 

​

  • Bachelor’s degree or corresponding years of healthcare/legal service sales and/or marketing experience 

  • At least one year of sales experience 

  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and an entrepreneurial spirit 

  • Passionate about building relationships to connect with and earn trust from clients

  • A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • The ability to handle competing priorities and multiple objectives 

  • CRM experience  preferred 

  • Proficiency in a foreign language would be advantageous

  • Graphic design experience would be advantageous

  • Ability to cope with rejection

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments

  • Experience in Healthcare domain preferred
