Fill out MedTrans Go’s private pay form at least 48 hours before the upcoming appointment or procedure. Please add all relevant details listed on the form.

A member of the MedTrans Go team will call the number noted on the form to confirm details and provide a quote. Once you finalize the details for requested services, the MedTrans Go team member will ask for payment information. Please be prepared to share payment details at this time.

Assignment

Once payment information has been received, our team will match you with the transporter or interpreter best suited for your needs. For transportation requests, the transporter will contact the number on file before your appointment.

Service

On the day of transportation service, the transporter will contact you while en route to your location and drop you off 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment or procedure. For interpretation service, the interpreter will meet you at the facility before your scheduled appointment or procedure.

What We Cover

Never miss a needed procedure due to transportation or language barriers. Whether you need transportation following a surgery/procedure or an interpreter for your upcoming appointment, our suite of solutions can help you get there with care.

Please give our team 48 hours to qualify and confirm your requests.

*If the patient will be under sedation/anesthesia, the ride will be considered procedural. If the patient will not be under anesthesia (non-procedural ride), we can service rides over 50 miles at this time.

When to Use an NEMT
