MedTrans Go’s platform acts as a digital marketplace that matches healthcare facilities (“customers”) with businesses and individuals providing medical transportation, interpretation, home health care, and prescription delivery  (“service partners”). The Partner Sales and Marketing Associate will work with our Partner Success, Business Operations, and Marketing teams to establish the MedTrans Go brand and ensure prospective and onboarding partners have an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and interest in innovation within the healthcare space.

MedTrans Go is an early-stage start up with room for growth! Compensation packages for this position may include salary, commission, and other benefits.

Responsibilities

​

  • Researching, contacting, and meeting  with potential partners, including Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) companies, EMS companies, Certified Medical Interpreters, Home Health Aides, and more

  • Organizing and maintaining partner sales records, including documenting progress in our CRM platform, and maintaining an accurate record of marketing campaigns and their results to determine the most effective marketing approaches

  • Preparing and reviewing partner sales materials and working with other team members to produce quality advertising material for company products and services

  • Working with our Partner Success team to onboard new partners 

  • Utilizing social media platforms and other channels to garner customer interest and create brand awareness

  • Analyzing market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts

 

 

Qualifications

​

  • Bachelor’s degree or corresponding years of healthcare sales and/or marketing experience 

  • At least one year of sales / sales admin experience, marketing experience, OR experience working with EMTs/NEMTs

  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and an entrepreneurial spirit 

  • Passionate about building relationships to connect with and earn trust from clients

  • A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • The ability to handle competing priorities and multiple objectives 

  • CRM experience preferred 

  • Graphic design experience would be advantageous

  • Ability to cope with rejection

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments

  • Experience in Healthcare domain preferred

MedTrans Go is a HealthTech startup that provides healthcare facilities access to medical transportation, interpretation,  home health care, telemedicine, and delivery services. We work with medical  practices, hospitals, and similar care facilities, as well as legal offices, to eliminate the burden of patient coordination via our online platform, allowing healthcare workers to easily and efficiently schedule services to reduce patient no shows and get patients the care they need.
