PI Account Manager

MedTrans Go’s platform acts as a digital marketplace that matches healthcare facilities, law offices, funding companies, and more (“customers”) with businesses and individuals providing medical transportation, interpretation, home health care, and prescription delivery (“service partners”). The PI Account Manager will work with our Sales, Customer Success, and Business Operations teams to ensure attorneys, funding companies, and other legal customers seeking healthcare coordination services for their injured clients have an exceptional experience.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, a thorough understanding of the state of tech adoption within the legal field, and work experience in the Personal Injury or Medical Funding industries.
MedTrans Go is an early-stage startup with room for growth! Compensation packages include $50,000 to $60,000 in base salary with opportunity for commission based on sales.
Responsibilities

Building strong relationships with customers in Personal Injury, Medical Funding, and related industries to maintain current business and acquire new customers

Resolving customer issues, collaborating with Operations, Customer Success, and Technology teams to ensure fulfillment of customer needs, and tracking processes that pertain to their needs with a focus on improving the customer experience

Collecting and analyzing data concerning legal customer behavior to understand changing needs and generating reports based on findings

Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors

Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities for legal and medical funding customers and communicate with the Sales team regularly

Identifying potential customers and developing new business opportunities through data utilization, networking, attending events and conferences, and referrals from existing customers

Working with the Sales team to close new accounts and onboard new customers
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or corresponding experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, etc.

2+ years of experience in the legal field or medical funding field

Superb organizational skills, self-motivated, and an entrepreneurial spirit

Passionate about building relationships to connect with and earn trust from clients

A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and project management skills

CRM experience preferred
